As a seasoned spokesperson with 25 years of experience working for a diverse group of industries and clients, she oversees ensuring all clients’ events are a tremendous success from concept through to the completion of tradeshow, event or promotion.
Shelly’s dedication to clients and employees has resulted in numerous awards and recognition, including Inc. 5,000’s fastest-growing private companies in America, and the company holds a pristine rating with the Better Business Bureau.
When not focused on CMT Agency, Shelly divides her time between charities such as the American Cancer Society and shooting sporting clays, bird hunting, fly fishing and golf.
Nicole Tetreault is an experienced sales, marketing, and operational professional with a 12+ year history of working within the adult beverage and experiential marketing industry. Nicole has in-depth experience working with all segments of the Three Tier Distribution within multi business channels giving her an extremely well-rounded and unique perspective of the AB industry. Most recently, Nicole was the Regional Sales Director with SFG(an Advantage Marketing Partner) working with many well-known AB clients and retailers across the country. Nicole was also the point person and go to for their long-term client E&J Gallo, one of the world’s largest wineries in the industry. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the regional sales and marketing strategies for all new AB clients while managing quality control, budgeting, operations, business improvements, and client relationships with all E&J Gallo/distributor management. Nicole has a strong passion for success in growing brands, the business, people, and relationships. She is our newest member to the team, and truly believes that CMT agency has unique strategies, and sought-after capabilities that every client will be pleased they invested to work with us.
Nicole is originally from Florida and loves spending time with her growing family whenever she can. She has a 2-year-old golden retriever and a 5-month-old that she is obsessed with. She is very fervent about animals, especially dogs and donates $$ or supplies to a few rescues whenever she can. On her spare time, she likes to stay active with hiking, running, fitness (Orange Theory), traveling, hanging with friends, trying new types of restaurants, and learning new things.
Acting as a client liaison and talent representative means Jennifer builds relationships and balances the best interests of both parties. She is passionate about building relationships; Jennifer has a knack for translating clients’ needs into an actionable staffing plan with the right talent. She is proud of her clients’ high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
PERSONAL PASSION Jennifer is a true renaissance woman: you name it, and she has tried it. Currently, she is embracing standup comedy, karaoke, and cycling.
As a Client Services Representative/Agent, Gina enjoys building a strong relationships with Client and Talent alike. She works diligently to balance and ensure that the best interests of both parties are met. Formerly a paralegal, Gina enjoys gathering every detail, so you can rest assured that your event will run smooth!
Originally from Austin, Texas, Gina moved to Atlanta, Georgia in late 2016. Outside of CMT Agency, Gina loves spending time being a kid with her 3 year old son, exploring Atlanta, hiking and going to concerts. She also enjoys working along side her boyfriend expanding his Audio Engineering company.
Caroline enjoys working with different clients to help promote and bring awareness to their brand. Her job is challenging and rewarding when she finds the perfect talent for each job. She’s a people-person that can find the best quality in anyone. For her, the upbeat and close-knit office at CMT Agency is an ideal work environment.
Caroline moved to Atlanta in 2014 with her husband, two boys and beagle. They’re currently renovating their mid-century home and don’t know when it will be complete. Her favorite places to visit in Atlanta are the Botanical Gardens and Oakland Cemetery. She also likes trying new restaurants, shopping online, watching baseball, and hanging out with friends and family.
